Right. For example, "Brasília" is displayed as "Bras\355\lia"
I also noticed that the Country has two columns of Latitude instead of Latitude
and Longitude, whereas the City has both as expected.
It also looks like the databases contain postal, metro and zip codes that are
not being displayed, which could be potentially useful. It might be nice to
either display those as well or perhaps be able to configure which GeoIP
columns are displayed somehow. If too off-topic for this bug, that could be
filed as a new enhancement bug I guess.
