Gcrypt, without Kerberos, without GeoIP, without PortAudio, without AirPcap,
with new_packet_list.
Running on Linux 2.6.31-19-generic, with libpcap version 1.0.0.
Built using gcc 4.4.1.

1) Class of Service flag for expedited priority constant should be 0x02, but it
is 0x10 instead.
2) The sdnv_length for primary header bundle processing flags can be 1 or
greater than 1. Everytime the length of the flags is greater than 1, the bundle
doesn't dissect properly.
3) In payloads with admin record, there is an error while displaying Bundle
Endpoint ID.
