3.1 (packet.dll version 3, 1, 0, 27), based on libpcap version 0.9[.x], GnuTLS
2.8.5, Gcrypt 1.4.5, without AirPcap.

Im running this command line:
"C:\Program Files\Wireshark\dumpcap.exe" -i
"\Device\NPF_{687A5A49-003F-4E45-AB87-688CD020DB5F}" -w "D:\Program
Files\CircularBuffer\CircularBuffer.pcap" -b filesize:100 files:3
to create small 100k files and after the 3rd file overwrite the 1st file and
repeat.
However on several machines I have tried the option "files:3" is ignored and
there are multiple files generated at the correct filesize.
