I wanted to test the latest SVN-31646 but it didn't want to start on my PC.
I have W2000 SP4 with all the updates.
The portable version seems to start (cursor changes) but it suddenly stops.
The installable version ends with error: entry point getaddrinfo can't be found
in VS2_32 DLL.
I will be happy to make tests as soon as I'm able to run an SVN version.
Should I open a bug for not being able to run an SVN version or can you manage
this kind of problem too?
