Gcrypt, without Kerberos, without GeoIP, without PortAudio, without AirPcap,
with new_packet_list.

Running on Linux 2.6.31-17-generic, with libpcap version 1.0.0.

Built using gcc 4.4.1.

This patch improves display of IPFIX reverse PEN (Private Enterprise Number)
elements in data records. Current svn version displays only name of type when a
reverse PEN elements appear in IPFIX Flow Data Records. Patched Wireshark
displays value and name of types of a reverse PENs
