It might help if I built it without the Windows Server 2003 R2 Platform SDK
(which is required for more recent versions of Wireshark, but which apparently
doesn't support Windows 2000). Can you try
http://www.wireshark.org/download/prerelease/wireshark-setup-1.0.11-gnutls285-2-31136.exe
instead?
