The core developers will have to do a mythical dance around SVN to make it go
away..... Oh wait, that was something else. ;)
The file needs to be removed from the repository, that's it. But what you need
to do is make sure it's no longer listed in the various Make files, used for
rolling the source tarball. Basically the reverse of what to do when adding a
file.
