Just a note that this bug is still not fixed with revision 30868, I have been
trying to fix it, but it is very hard to see what is going wrong in debug mode
as you can't see the user interface while stepping through the code. But I can
see if parts of the code are called or not with breakpoints, so if you need to
know anything just ask me and I will debug it.

I have tried it on different PCs, a few at work (windows XP)  and also some I
use at home (Windows Vista and Windows 7). The only one that is not having this
bug is my macbook pro, but that is probably because it is not running windows.

I also tried using it without the live scroll function on, and then it will
still scroll up whenever I am scrolled to a packet somewhere in the middle.
