I can definitely confirm it is the Marvell ethernet adapters. The above tshark
-D shows the Marvell adapter as number 2. I went into the Device Manager and
disabled my Marvell Yukon 88E8040 PCI-E Fast Ethernet Controller (latest
Marvell driver) and then I was able to launch Wireshark 1.2.3 without a
problem. After disabling the adapter from the Device Manager, #2 no long
appears when I run tshark -D.
