Can someone having this problem open a command prompt and run
"c:\Program Files\Wireshark\tshark" -D
or
"c:\Program Files\Wireshark\dumpcap" -D
and paste the output here? Note that the "-D" must be capitalized, and you
might have to adjust the path for your system.
