I tried to rebuild using the latest SVN load but the compile failed with a
bunch of undeclared identifier errors in packet-x11.c that was checked in
October 25th.
Curious why the hueristic dissector was removed. The "default" UDP 30300 is
really just a place holder - there is no true default UDP port as this port is
defined arbitrary in this encapsulation.
So a heuristic dissector was designed to try to deduce the encapsulation of the
mirrored packet.
Lastly, I need to know how to add content to your Wiki as requested. I do have
a few pcap samples I can post as well.
