For PROFISafe devices the PROFINET controller sends a so called F-Parameter
record object during parameterization phase. This data record is not decoded by
Wireshark.
The data record is specified in the IEC Norm "PROFIsafe – Profile for Safety
Technology on PROFIBUS DP and PROFINET IO", V2.1, chapter 8
