There seem to be limitations on every one of these asynchronous DNS libraries
along with the fact that it's another library to compile against. Is there a
better way perhaps? I haven't thought it out much yet, but maybe use a thread
to do DNS lookups the normal way for that OS (so it includes all features) or
look for async dns functions in each OS and use those if present?
