DS type patch against revision 29917.

Build Information:
Compiled with GTK+ 2.16.6, with GLib 2.20.5, with libpcap 1.0.0, with libz, without POSIX capabilities, with libpcre 7.8, without SMI, without
c-ares, without ADNS, without Lua, without Python, with GnuTLS 2.8.3, with
Gcrypt 1.4.4, with MIT Kerberos, without GeoIP, without PortAudio, without

Running on Linux 2.6.26-2-amd64, with libpcap version 1.0.0, GnuTLS 2.8.3,
Gcrypt 1.4.4.

Built using gcc 4.3.4.
Version 4.8.0 of collectd introduced two new data source types: DERIVE and
ABSOLUTE. Currently, the dissector displays such values as “Unknown: %x”.
With this patch support for the new data source types is added so they are
displayed correctly.

I think with this change support for the collectd network protocol is complete
(or rather: up to date ;). Thanks for applying Bug #4002 so quickly :)
