Thanks for your kind reply. After I follow others to modify
"/Applications/Wireshark.app/Contents/Resources/themes/Clearlooks-Quicksilver-OSX/gtk-2.0/pre_gtkrc"
as below for font to Black color, the contrast is much better now.

        text[ACTIVE]            = "#000000" # black
        text[SELECTED]          = "#000000" # black
