NOTE: this build doesn't support the "matches" operator for Wireshark filter
syntax.
Running on Windows Vista, build 7600, with WinPcap version 4.1 beta5
(packet.dll
version 4.1.0.1452), based on libpcap version 1.0.0.

GnuTLS is not included in 1.2.1 Windows x64 package.
Was installed on Windows 7 x64 using compatibility mode (right-click on
installer > Properties > Compatibility, check "Run this program in
compatibility mode for" and select "Windows Vista (Service Pack 2)".
