OK, while I still not like the idea of having to add the dependency of
libwiretap to libwireshark, time has proven me to be wrong to object this:
It seems it is too hard to keep things compiling with --as-needed, so with
commit 29326 I added the necessary dependencies and also added --as-needed to
the linker flags if the linker supports it.
