We compile each custom column filter each time we process a new frame. This
amounts to a lot of overhead if the user has many custom columns. This patch
precompiles the custom column filters.
Benchmarks with a 100 MB file + 3 custom columns:
Before: 17 sec.
After : 13 sec.
