Looks like the diameter/eap.xml file is missing from the 1.2.1 source tarball,
although it's present in SVN
(http://anonsvn.wireshark.org/viewvc/trunk/diameter/eap.xml?view=markup&pathrev=28849).

Only a minor issue, but it leads to the following message during invocation:

Could not open file: 'eap.xml', error: No such file or directory

Here's the MD5 from the source archive:
