Gcrypt 1.4.0, without Kerberos, without GeoIP, without PortAudio, without
AirPcap.
Running on Linux 2.6.25.16-0.1-default, with libpcap version 0.9.8, GnuTLS
2.2.2, Gcrypt 1.4.0.
Built using gcc 4.3.1 20080507 (prerelease) [gcc-4_3-branch revision 135036].

Hi,
I have created a patch for the E.212 MCC/MNC decoding.
Specifically, I have updated the MCC list according to:
Annex to ITU Operational Bulletin
No. 897 - 1.XII.2007
The most important changes are:
* Serbia and Montenegro had a single MCC, now have split into two different
MCCs
* Falkland Islands received a MCC
* The MCCs of Guam and Northern Mariana Islands have been retired
Also, I used:
Annex to ITU Operational Bulletin
No. 932 - 15.V.2009
so that the MNC part is also decoded and the name of the operator is printed
together with the MNC value.
Both the above annexes are freely available from ITU.
This is my first time that I submit a patch, I hope I got it right.
