Hey,

this is my first bug report and I'm not a developer either so ... please don't
blame me. I searched this bug but didn't found this one.

Description:
Crash after Startup if there is no dns server is set.

I used five different systems with always the same result. All are "clean"
installed with current downloadable Installer.

If dns server is set, wiresharks works as usual.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Switch to static IP-Address settings, REMOVE any DNS-Server entries, save.
2) Start Wireshark

Actual Results:
The application crashed.
* Error: "Wireshark encounted a problem an needs to be closed"
* Detail: "AppName: wireshark.exe" ModName "libwireshark.dll"

Expected Results:
Normal startup or error message e.g. "DNS Server not set"

For me it's solved just by setting a dns server entry - but maybe other people
don't know about this.

Greets, tbl
