https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3738

Summary: Timestamps wrong for .CAP files from Sniffer /
                    Infinistream
           Product: Wireshark
           Version: 1.2.0
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Major
          Priority: Medium
         Component: Wireshark
        AssignedTo: wireshark-bugs@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
        ReportedBy: richard_berke@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Build Information:
Version 1.2.0 (SVN Rev 28753)

When reading .CAP packet trace files recorded using Netscout / Network General
Sniffer and Infinistream, Wireshark wrongly represents the absolute date/time
and the delta time between packets. Wireshark correctly represents those
values for files saved as .ENC. Unfortunately, the Infinistream saves are only
.CAP files.

I've attached a ZIP file with a pair of capture files, and a DOC file with
screen snapshots.
