1.0.7 and 1.0.8

Windows build fails on versions 1.0.7 and 1.0.8, as adns_dll.dep and
adns_dll.rc are omitted in the packaged .tar.bz2.  Commenting ADNS_DIR in
config.nmake works around the problem.
