packet-dcm-f7.diff
* - Fixed corrupt files on DICOM Export
* - Fixed memory limitation on DICOM Export
* - Removed minimum packet length for static port mode
* - Simplified checks for heuristic mode
* - Removed unused functions
Fuzz & custom tested.
This should really go into the 1.2 branch as well. Without this fix, DICOM
export is pretty useless (despite the big efforts that went into it)
