Tiny patch to update constants to #define values

Build Information:
Since the current stream won't build I couldn't get this.
1.1.4 based

Some of the hard-coded 96 and 127 values representing
dynamic payloads were changed to use #defines from rtp_pt.h
but not all.
I changed one pair to use the #defines
