For the mesh header protocol (packet-mesh.c), what is the PID value?  A
protocol that uses a SNAP header is supposed to have an OUI (the OUI for
Marvell, in this case) and a PID.

Or is the idea that a packet with the SNAP DSAP and LSAP and the Marvell OUI
has an Ethernet type as the PID, with the SNAP header followed by a mesh
header, followed by the payload for the protocol specified by the Ethernet
type?
