I stuff NICs into PCs -- using multi-port cards, I can equip a PC with ~8-12
ports each.  Each port plugs into a different point in my network.

>From the command-line interface, 'dumpcap -D' lists the interfaces ... but
displays their names in a hard-to-use way.

Currently, I maintain a text file on each PC, mapping the interface numbers to
strings which the techs will recognize.

I propose propagating the Comment field from Preferences, Capture,
Interfaces:Edit to the output of 'dumpcap -D'
