Running on HP-UX B.11.31, with libpcap version 0.9.8.

There are no interfaces to select.
dumpcap -D reports:
"dumpcap: There are no interfaces on which a capture can be done"
The cause may be that the 4 interface cards are aggregated.
The interface cards are AD193 and AB352. Driver is iether at the interface
level and hp_apa at the aggregated level.
OS version is HPUX11.31 ia64 running on RX3600
The machine is a VMhost Version 4.0
