The capture file gives rnsap decoding error

Built using gcc 3.4.3 20041212 (Red Hat 3.4.3-9.EL4).

wireshark is unable to dissect the rnsap messages this rnsap messages based on
3GGP spec version "3GPP TS 25.413 V6.10.0 (2006-06)" .There is no mismatch in
the asn file(s).Some wrong offset movement during dissection of this messages
according to my observation.
I am attaching the capture file.
The packet(s) #9 and #10 giving error during dissection.
