Thank you Anders, I completely agree!
proto_tree_add_item() now taken in use ;)

Also expert_add_info_format() is used to colorize possible 
problems in FR PW encapsulation. 

Also added support for:
- Correct FR decode for encapsulations with padding (CW.Length)
- Possible validations of CW.Lenth for correctness.

I will update new patch just after fuzz test.
