Could you make it according to the template in doc/README.developer? It's
structure is atypical (although technically correct). More important the
copyright clause is missing (see template as well). Can you make it into a
regular dissector? What about making it heuristic so all dissectors battling
for UDP port 6666 play nice? Is this port configurable? If so this dissector
should be too.
