Can't see skinny packet

Build Information:
Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

In latest release of Cisco Call Manager, the skinny protocol has got a change
in the header reserved value that was until now a DWORD fixed to 0x00.

In skinny protocol recognition, wireshark checks for two parameters:
hdr_length and hdr_reserved: it assures the first value is greater than 4 (as a
skinny packet is at least 8 bytes including length and protocol reserved
field), second parameter check couldn't be anymore equal to zero as it has
different values depending on the phone protocol version used.
