Hi Jim,

Nice enhancement to editcap. Would it not be nice to have the options a little
more simplified. How'bout "-d [dup window]", where the window is optional, if
it is omitted, fall back to default window. And why a -w and a -W? Would it not
be enough to have the "less than or equal" option? One can always use
0.000999999 to signify 1ms or less, but not including 1ms. But personally I see
no use in specifying such an exact time window for duplicates. Or am I
overlooking something here?

Oh, the last comment, let's keep the usage screen less than 80 chars wide, so
it fits on standard terminal windows :-)
