I'm still unceratin about the question, but I do not consider this a bug.
Questions can be asked on the users mailing list.

As I understand it you have to match the string like "gsm2p6_4_china.stk"
to a protocol in wireshark of course for this to work that protocol
has to be the first protocol in the trace ( mtp2, mtp3 etc) you may also
have to set preferences for the protocol in question correctly.

So in order to decode the included trace we will have to know the first
protocol
in the trace.
