wireshark crashes when user applies a filter which doesnt match any packet in
the trace file and then clicks on close button, without "clearing" the
expression.

The attached file contains a mix of DNS, MGCP traces.
when user applies a filter which doesnt match any of the packets in the trace
file, say "gnutella", and then after applying the filter, clicks the close
button, wireshark says that it cannot continue and has to close since it has
encountered a problem.

steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached file in wireshark version 1.0.0
2. In the "Filter" section, type "gnutella" and click on "Apply" button
3. Cick on "Close" button.

Wireshark cannot continue operation after this and has to be closed.
A snapshot of how the error looks is also attached.
