1. My apologies for not reviewing this in a timely manner (having assigned
   this over a month ago). (Jaap: Thanks for doing the commit).

2. I've made a minor update to use dissector_add_handle to enable "decode as"
   for TCP (rather than registering the dissector on TCP port 0).

3. A thought:

   There are a number of Nasdaq protocols as well as numerous protocols for
other
   exchanges.

   Would it be reasonable to change the name of these dissectors to
   nasdaq-soup & nasdaq-itch (and also to change the filter names & etc)??

   If it's deemed that the name change would be OK, I'd be glad to 
   make the changes required.
