I don't think so. It's just that Wireshark displays the elements in a different
order.
As an exercise, select the ospf packet, go to the ospf line and do a
expand-subtrees. Then go to the first element in there and check what gets
highlighted.
Go to the next line. By the time you reach the last line every bytes (except
for some 00s) show have been highlighted at least once, not counting header
lines.
You will also find that it dissects the stuff you are missing inside the hello
part. It's just not doing that in a linear way (what netmon seems to do) but in
a logical way instead.

In case you think I'm mistaken feel free to reopen this bug and state why you
think so :-)
