I guess Apple fixed ctype.h between Tiger and Leopard because switching to a
newer compiler in Leopard gave warnings with the old ctype.h.
I'm not sure what the right thing would be to do here. I guess we could have
one build to make the dmg and another one to check the warnings, with the first
built without -Werror and the second built with -Werror.
