new dissector with bugfixes from fuzzing

Okay, I just finished my fuzzing tests...

I got some additional testing files from Justin Dean (NRL), so I did test the
new dissector with four pcap files:
- OLSR RFC packages IPv4
- OLSR RFC packages IPv6
- OLSR.org packages IPv4
- NRLOLSR  packages IPv4

each of them did run through a million fuzzed packages without an error.
