This should be solvable by using the function process_netbios_name() from
packet-netbios.c in packet-smb-browse.c. I got it to the point of almost
working; it just keeps running further along the string than I want and ends up
adding extra characters (mostly encoded in the <XX> format) including nulls at
the end of the displayed string.
