patch to fix problems with display of durations in IPFIX biflow PDUs

This patch fixes the specific problem of duration display in wireshark for
IPFIX biflow PDUs. It does not address the general issue of tracking different
types of start/end timestamps separately - it is unlikely that the general case
will occur in practice, although it is certainly possible.

The indentation style (tabs vs. two-spaces) is inconsistent, and although I
tried to follow the existing practice, I may not have succeeded entirely. I
don't know if there is a preferred style for wireshark - in any case, feel free
to reformat the indentation for consistency.
