In order to correctly analyze out-of-order tcp data, wireshark would need to
buffer out-of-order data of all tcp streams. This would increase the memory
footprint a lot and slow it down too.

As a workaround, you can disable tcp-reassembly in the TCP protocol preferences
and have all the http responses counted.
