Compiled with GTK+ 2.12.0, with GLib 2.14.1, with libpcap 0.9.7, with libz
1.2.3, without POSIX capabilities, with libpcre 7.2, without SMI, without
c-ares, without ADNS, without Lua, without GnuTLS, with Gcrypt 1.2.4, without
Kerberos, without PortAudio, without AirPcap.
Running on Linux 2.6.22.18-0.2-default, with libpcap version 0.9.7.
Built using gcc 4.2.1 (SUSE Linux).

The PCAPNG reader fails if it is compiled on 64bit systems or if it reads
options in reverse byte order. The attached patch fixes these bugs and as well
adds support for several link types different from ethernet. To be honest I
must admit that I could test ethernet and raw ip only.
