Hi,
this is an implementation to show the decoded Ascend-Data-Filter binary filter
spec. This diff also contains the patch in Bug #2974 (bugfix) as with SVN
r26485 the avp specific dissector initialisation is broken. In case there is a
different solution to Bug #2974 this patch needs to be adapted.
Specification for the Ascend-Data-Filter as implemented by Juniper, RedBack and
Ascend can be found here:

Please review the patch - probably there is a more efficient/easier way to
build the string.
