It looks like we found an Apache bug. The fuzzed file was generated from the
PROTOS HTTP reply capture (c05-http-reply-r1.pcap.gz) on the SampleCaptures
page. If I try to download an uncompressed version of the capture file or any
of its fuzzed versions via Apache the transfer hangs.
