When opening the attached file, Wireshark 1.0.3 shows the wollowing messages:

09:25:58          Warn Dissector bug, protocol HomePlug, in packet 1:
proto.c:932: failed assertion "DISSECTOR_ASSERT_NOT_REACHED"

But the packet is decoded anyway.
