implementation of CVE 2008 0166 attack with progress bar
This is a modified version of previous patch. The CVE 2008 0166 may require
some time (several minutes in the worst case), this version adds a progress bar
showing the attack progress and a cancel button to interrupt it.
It does not obsolete the previous patch since the current version requires some
changes (calling funnel API from a dissector) which can raise some eyebrows.
this patch is against svn trunk revision 25865.
