The wireshark bugzillal told me the following:

Attachment #1921 (rev 3 of patch to add FIP dissector) is already obsolete.
This bug is not about the mentioned internal error.
This bug is about the above instructions, which say to send to
wireshark-bugs@xxxxxxxxxxxxx,
but when I do that, it sends me a reply saying it is a one-way alias (I suppose
meaning it
doesn't receive anything). So, the instructions above should be modified.
