There seems to be a problem concerning SIP Header Fields containing IPv6 URIs.
Wireshark doesn't take care of the square brackets, that is why the second 16
Bit of the IPv6 address are interpreted as port number.
Example:
The Header Field Via
Via: SIP/2.0/UDP
[2001:678:900:a63:20c:29ff:feb7:6495]:5060;branch=z9hG4bK597112326
is interpreted as follows:
Transport: UDP
Sent-by Address: [2001
Sent-by port: 678
