enables asn2wrs.py and packet-ber.c to decode UTCTime also showing malformed
fields
It is mentioned as you describe it in in the "Specification of basic notation"
X.680-0207 but - as I understand - has to be with an ending 'Z' for BER, what
do you think of doing it like this? This will warn but show the encoded field
as it was shown before.
